My first Cake pops

i just had to try them :) 

 

so i baked my Vanilla cake 

got my favorite  white chocolate

and surprisingly - it was a success

 

you may wana try it 

so 

you need a Cake ( any pond cake ) 

lolipop sticks

chocolate for melting and coating 

and ( frosting ) i used betty crocker vanilla frosting :) or just make ur own

this is the recipe of my Vanilla cake  

3/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups vanilla  yogurt
3 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt 

 the picture bellow  with show how to shape the cake pops 

1 - cut the cake and use a processor to get think crumbs 

2 - add the forsting to the cake crumps - just enough to hold everything together

3- shape the cake pops , place them on baking sheet and Freeze them ( MUST DO THIS ) 

4 - melt the chocolate in old way or using the Microwave 

5 

A- take the cake balls outta the freezer 

B- dip the stick into the melted chocolate  and place it into the cake ball

this should work like a glue :) 

6- place on baking sheet and freeze for few minutes  

7 - dip the  frozen cake pops into  melted chocolate 

DONE :)

Note : its best if you do not store them in the fridge 

keep them at room temp till its time to serve
